Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill 102, reports as
follows:
The purpose of Bill 102 is to further amend Ordinance 85-52, the
Operating Budget , by increasing revenues of $25 ,000 in the
Marijuana Eradication account and appropriating same to
Marijuana Eradication expenditure account .
Monies provided are from the United States Department of Justice Drug
Enforcement Administration and is in addition to an appropriation of
$100,000 received and appropriated on August 7 , 1985 .
Your Committee on Finance concurs with the intent of Bill 102 and
recommends that it pass first reading.
