Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill 101, reports as
follows :
The purpose of Bill 101 is to amend Ordinance 85-52 by increasing
revenues in the operating budget by $583,635 from the fund balance of
the 1984-85 fiscal year budget and by appropriating same as follows:
Transfer to Other Funds General $583 ,635
To Capital Projects Fund
Komohana Street Resurfacing $ 59, 190
Kawaihae Road Resurfacing 47,445
Contingency 97 ,000
Keopu Heights Subdivision $380,000
$583 ,635
Upon its adoption, the shortage for the cost estimates will be
available for appropriation through the fiscal year 1984-85 fund
balance
Your Committee on Finance concurs with the intent of Bill 101 and
recommends that it pass first reading.
