Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill 100, reports as
follows:
The purpose of Bill 100 is to amend Ordinance 85-51 relating to
public improvements and the financing thereof for fiscal. year 1985-86
by adding the following projects:
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS
Kaumana Drive $186,628
Hilo City Road Resurfacing $311 ,717
Komohana Street Resurfacing $566,036
Alii Drive $773 ,918
Kawaihae Road Resurfacing $313,310
Funding for these projects will come from Federal grants .
Your Committee on Finance concurs with the intent of Bill 100 and
recommends that it pass first reg.
