Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred
Resolution 105-85 , reports as follows :
The purpose of Resolution 105-85 is to transfer $1,500 from the
External Audit Account and appropriate $1 ,000 to the Overtime Account
and $500 to Miscellaneous Salaries and Wages Account.
The transfer is necessary to cover a $27 .84 shortage in the
Miscellaneous Salaries and Wages Account and provides for anticipated
expenses for public hearings during this fiscal year .
Pursuant to Section 10-9, Hawaii County Charter, the Council , by
resolution, may transfer part or all of any unencumbered
appropriation balance.
Your Committee on Finance concurs with the intent of
Resolution 105-85 and recommends itsadoption .
