Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution 103-85,
reports as follows :
The purpose of Resolution 103-85 is to memorialize tthe lease 1
agreement for office space between HPC and the County in West Hawaii
which was previously approved at the July 24, 1985 Council meeting.
The lease shall run for a period of 10 years and will provide the
public with more accessibility to County officers and services .
Pursuant to Section 10-11, Hawaii County Charter , any lease requiring
payments from a future fiscal year shall be approved by resolution.
Your Committee on Finance concurs with the intent of
Resolution 103-85 and recommends its adoption.
