Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution 101-85,
reports as follows :
The purpose of Resolution 101-85 is to appropriate funds of future
fiscal years for a lease/option on data transmission equipment for
the West Hawaii Service Center .
The lease cost for the equipment is $609.09 for 36 consecutive months
with a $1 .00 purchase option at the 36th month .
Pursuant to Section 10-11, Hawaii County Charter , any lease requiring
payments from a future fiscal year shall be approved by resolution.
Your Committee on Finance concurs with the intent of
Resolution 101-85 and recommends its adoption .
