Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution 93-85 ,
reports as follows :
The purpose of Resolution 93-85 is to authorize the disposal, through
auction, of the following buildings :
1 ) Building "C" located at the Kalanianaole Intermediate
& Elementary School (TMK: 2-7-22-2) ;
2 ) Building located at the Keaau Community Center
(TMK: 1-6-143-18) ;
3) Building located at the Hoolulu Park Complex
(TMK: 2-2-32-35) .
These buildings either currently present a hazard or are surplus and
are no longer in use by the agencies .
Article 19, Section 2-112of
Pursuant to Chapter 2, S on the Hawaii County
Code, Disposition by Auction, the Director of Finance shall
coordinate and execute all duties relating to the auction.
Your Committee on Finance concurs with the intent of Resolution 93-85
and recommends its adoption.
