Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution 92-85,
reports as follows :
The purpose of Resolution 92-85 is to amend the Salary Ordinance and
its specific Section 8.15 , Office of the Prosecuting Attorney, by
transferring one position of Clerk-Stenographer SR-9 from the
Victim/Witness Unit to the Hawaii Career Criminal Unit .
Pursuant to Section 3-14, Hawaii County Charter , interim amendments
to the Salary Ordinance may be made by resolution.
Your Committee on Finance concurs with the intent of Resolution 92-85
tion.
and recommends its adoption.
