Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution 91-85,
reports as follows :
The purpose of Resolution 91-85 is to amend the Salary Ordinanceand
its specific Section 8.12, Police Department, by reallocating one
position of Detective SR-21 to Police Sergeant SR-21.
Pursuant to Section 3-14, Hawaii County Charter , interim amendments
to the Salary Ordinance may be made by resolution.
Your Committee on Finance concurs with the intent of Resolution 91-85
and recommends its adoption.
