Your Committee on Finance , to which was referred Resolution 83-85 ,
reports as follows :
The purpose of Resolution 83-85 is to amend the Salary Ordinance of
the Maintenance Division , Department of Parks and Recreation , as
follows:
Section 8 .09 (c ) , reallocate two positions of Laborer II WB-3
to Park Facilities Refuse Collector WB-4 at an annual
additional cost of $948 .
Section 8 .09 (b ) , change time element of one position of
Recreation Instructor SR-9 from 3/4 time to full-time , at an
annual additional cost of $3 ,573 . Also , transfer position to
Section 8 .09 (b ) , Recreation Division , on Page 24 .
Pursuant to Section 3-14 , Hawaii County Charter , interim amendments
to the Salary Ordinance may be made by resolution .
Your Committee on Finance concurs with the intent of Resolution 83-85
and recommends its adoption .
