Your Committee on Finance , to which was referred Bill No . 74, reports
as follows:
The purpose of Bill No . 74 is to amend Ordinance 85-51, the Capital
Budget , by adding the Papaikou-Paukaa Sewers - Private
$151,160 project onto the list . The funding shall be provided from
Private Contributions Receivable , $151 ,160 , Account #1127 . 10 .
The $151,160 has been received from C. Brewer & Company, Ltd. as
their contribution toward the project .
Your Committee on Finance concurs with the intent of Bill 74 and
recommends that it pass first reading.
