Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution 73-85 and
Communication 234, reports as follows:
The purpose of Resolution 73-85 is to transfer/appropriate 93,267
from the Contingency account to the Provision - Compensation
Adjustment account.
Communication 234 and Resolution 73-85 have been submitted by
Mayor Dante K. Carpenter , pursuant to the requirements cited in
Section 89-C, Hawaii Revised Statutes .
Your Committee on Finance concurs with the intent of Resolution 73-85
and recommends its adoption .
