Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Communication 171,

The purpose of Communication 171 is to approve or deny the cost item
report for Unit 12, the State of Hawaii Organization of Police
Officers (SHOPO) , inclusive of excluded employees of the unit.

Your Committee on Finance recommends approval of the cost items as
stated in Communication 171 .
