The purpose of Resolution 44-85 is to appropriate $89,082.54 from the
Provision for Overtime Compensation account to the following accounts:

These funds are necessary for the anticipated shortages due to
overtime in these accounts.

Pursuant to Section 10-9 of the Hawaii County Charter ,
Appropriations: Reduction and Transfer, the Council , by resolution,
may transfer part or all of any unencumbered appropriation balance.
Your Committee on Finance concurs with the intent of Resolution 44-85
and recommends its approval.
