Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill 35 , reports as
follows:
Pursuant to Section 10-8 of the Hawaii County Charter , relating to
Appropriations: Supplemental and Emergency, Bill 35 amends
Ordinance 84-31, the Operating Budget for FY 1984-85, by increasing
revenues in the General Fund by $199 ,825 ( Federal grants - $107 ,335 ;
State grants - $92,490 ) and appropriating this sum to the Area
Project on Aging .
Your Committee on Finance concurs with the intent of Bill 35 and
recommends that it pass first reading .
