Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution 34-85 ,
reports as follows :
The purpose of Resolution 34-85 is to appropriate $103.95 from the
Clerk/Council Contingency account to the Clerk/Council Equipment
account for replacement of an electric stapler .
Pursuant to Section 10-9, Appropriations: Reduction and Transfer , the
Council, by resolution effective immediately upon adoption, may
transfer , part or all of any uncumbered appropriation balance .
Your Committee on Finance concurs with the intent of Resolution 34-85
and recommends its adoption .
