Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution 26-85 ,
reports as follows:
The purpose of Resolution 26-85 is to authorize the disposal , through
auction , of a certain building located at Kaumana Elementary School .
The request for permission to remove the building was initiated by
the District Superintendent of the Department of Education .
Pursuant to Chapter 2 , Article 19 , Section 2-112 of the Hawaii County
Code , Disposition by Auction , the Director of Finance shall
coordinate and execute all duties relating to the auction .
Your Committee on Finance concurs with Resolution 26-85 and
recommends its adoption .
