Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill 8 , reports as
follows :
The purpose of Bill 8 is to amend Ordinance 84-32, the Capital Budget
for the fiscal year ending June 30 , 1985 , by appropriating
$527,181 . 29 for slightening the curve in front of the Lucy Henriques
Medical Center in Waimea .
The project will be funded through the Federal Highway Administration
- Hazard Elimination Program.
Your Committee on Finance concurs with the intent of Bill 8 and
recommends that it pass first reading .
