Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Communication No .
1860 reports as follows :
Communication 1860 explains that a Sanyo microwave oven,
Model EM111S, FCC: AFA9X7M101 , was donated by the State of Hawaii
1 Organization of Police Officers (SHOPO) .
It further explains that the oven would be for the use of the
personnel assigned to the new Kona police station.
Pursuant to Section 13-12, Hawaii County Charter , the Council , on
behalf of the County, may accept gifts of donation .
Your Committee on Finance recommends acceptance of the donation and
that a letter of appreciation be forwarded to :
