Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill 678, reports
as follows:
Bill 678 proposes to amend Ordinance 88-81, the Capital Improvement
Budget for Fiscal Year 1988-89, by adding the following project:
Kapoho-Kalapana Road $110,000
(110-399-5390 .52-115 )
Funds for this project shall be provided from the Highway Fund.
Badly eroded portions of this roadway needs to be improved .
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the intent and purpose
of Bill 678 and recommends that it first reading.
