Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill 676, reports
as follows:
Bill 676 proposes to amend Ordinance 88-83, the Operating Budget for
Fiscal Year 1988-89, by increasing revenues in the Fund Balance from
Previous Year account in the Highway Fund by $170 ,000 and
appropriating same to the following account:
Account No . . Function & Activity Fund Amount
020-801-5801 .02-341 Transfer to Other Funds Highway $170,000
The $170 ,000 will be transferred to the Bond Fund to accommodate
qualified road projects incorporated in Bills 677 and 678 .
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the intent and purpose
of Bill 676 and recommends that iss first reading.
