Your Committee on Finance , to which was referred Bill 675 , reports
as follows:
Bill 675 proposes to amend Ordinance 88-81 , the Capital Improvement
Budget for Fiscal Year 1988-89, by redesignating the source of funds
from the sale of general obligation bonds to funds from the fund
balance of the General Fund for the following project :
110-599-5592 . 37-115 Waiakea Uka Gym $75 ,000
The Waiakea Uka Gym needs exterior and interior painting, gutter
replacement, building repairs and provisions of handicapped
accommodations .
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the intent and purpose
of Bill 675 and recommends thatass first reading .
