Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill 674, reports
as follows:
Bill 674 proposes to amend Ordinance 88-81 , the Capital Improvement
Budget for Fiscal Year 1988-89, by redesignating the source of funds
from the sale of general obligation bonds to funds from the fund
balance of the General Fund for the following project:
110-299-5298 . 25-115 Ka 'u Police Station $50 ,000
Bill 674 is part of the request of $150 ,000 by the Police Department
in Bill 673 (Bill 673 's $100,000 plus Bill 674 ' s $50,000=$150,000 ) .
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the intent and purpose
of Bill 674 and recommends that ' ass first reading .
