Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill 670, reports
as follows:
Bill 670 proposes to amend Ordinance 88-81, the Capital Improvement
Budget for Fiscal Year 1988-89, by adding the following project:
110-699-5697 .12-115 Puuanahulu Landfill $25,000
Funds for this project will be provided from the fund balance of the
General Fund.
Additional funds are necessary to hire an archaeologist and botanist
to complete a detailed archaeological and botanical study for the
Westawaii Landfill Environmental Impact Statement .'

Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the intent and purpose
of Bill 670 and recommends that it 1. elr first reading.
