Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill 669, reports
as follows:
Bill 669 proposes to amend Ordinance 88-81, the Capital Improvement
Budget for Fiscal Year 1988-89, by adding the following project:
Hilo Landfill Emergency Repair $60,000
(110-699-5692.55-115 )
Funds for this project will be provided from the fund balance of the
General Fund .
The roadway at the entrance to the Hilo Landfill and Hilo Transfer
Station needs to be reconstructed .
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the intent and purpose
of Bill 669 and recommends that it first reading.
