Your Committee on Finance , to which was referred Bill 657, reports
as follows:
Bill 657 proposes to amend Ordinance 88-83, the Operating Budget for
Fiscal Year 1988-89 , by increasing revenues in the Fund Balance from
Previous Year account in the General Fund by $5,000 and
appropriating same to the following accounts :

The Hawaiian Paradise Park Volunteer Station is in need of restroom
facilities to accommodate volunteer fire personnel during training
sessions .
Your Committee on Finance finds that the restrooms are justified.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the intent and purpose
of Bill 657 and recommends that it pass first reading.
