Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Communication No .
1792, reports as follows:
The Board of Directors of the American Youth Soccer Organization, ,
Region 403 , has donated soccer goals for use at Waimea Park .
Your Committee is aware of the factthat the value of the goals is
1260 .
As indicated in Communication 1792, the gift is acknowledged by the
Director of Parks. and Recreation .
Pursuant to Section 13-12, Hawaii County Charter , the Council , on
behalf of the County, may accept gifts of donation .
Your Committee on Finance recommends acceptance of the donation and
that a letter of appreciation be forwarded to:
