Your Committee is aware that a sum of 1202,335 was appropriated at
the Council meeting of August 25, 1988 (Ord . 88-129) , to participate
in the Statewide Narcotics Task Force .
Pursuant to Section 10-9 of the Hawaii County Charter , the Council ,
by resolution, may transfer part or all of any unencumbered
appropriation balance from one agency to another .
Your Committee on Finance is in acc with the intent and purpose
of Resolution No . 492-88 and reco mends its adoption .
