Bill 584 proposes to amend Ordinance 88-83 , the Operating Budget for
Fiscal Year 198&-89, by increasing revenues in Account No. 3301 .59 ,
Federal Grant.. Prosecution Drug Task Forte , General Fund by $60 ,000
and Account No . 3304.29, State Grant Prosecution Drug Task Force ,
General Fund by $20,000 and appropriating same to the following:

been informed by the Office of the Attorney General that $80 ,000 is
being made available for a drug task force . Of this amount $60 ,000
will be Federal funds and $20 ,000 from State matching funds .

of Bill 584 and recommends that it pass first reading.
