The purpose of Resolution No . 463-88 is to transfer and appropriate

Equipment
Your Committee on Finance is aware that the Senior Community Service
Employment Program has been granted approval by the Office of
Employment and Training Administration and the U. S. Department of
Labor to purchase some computer equipment . The equipment consists of
a workstation, printer , a dual sheet feeder and accessories . The
cost is $6,122. 98 .
Your Committee is further aware that the program does not have an
equipment account to use for the purchase of the equipment . No
County funds are involved in this transaction .
Pursuant to Section 10-9 of the Hawaii County Charter , the Council ,
by resolution, may transfer part or all of any unencumbered
appropriation balance from one agency to another .
Your Committee on Finance recommends that the file be closed on
Resolution 463-88 as the deadline of June 30 , 1988 , had not been met
for expending these specific Federal fMTMT.
