Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill 576 , reports
as follows:
Bill 576 proposes to amend Ordinance 87-58, the Operating Budget for -
Fiscal Year 1987-88, by increasing revenues in General Fund Account
No . 3607 .00 , Contribution from Private Sources , by $600 .00 , and
appropriating same to Account No . 010-523-5523.46-341 , Zoo Private
Donations .
Your Committee on Finance has been informed that the Department of
Parks and Recreation has received a donation of 600 .00 from the
Friends of the Zoo . These are proceeds from Craft Fair booths .
Your committee has been further informed that the department will
use the funds for- miscellaneous zoo expenditures .
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the intent and purpose
of Bill 576 and recommends that it pass second and final reading.
