Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill 562, reports
as follows:
The purpose of Bill 562 is to amend Ordinance 87-58 , the Operating'
Budget for Fiscal year 1987-88 , by increasing revenues in General
Fund Account No . 3501.07 , Drug Enforcement, by $16 ,194 . 22, and
appropriating same to Account No . 010-201-5218 .41-115 , Drug
Enforcement .
Your Committee on Finance understands that these funds are from the
U.S. Department of Justice and is to be used by the Police
Department for drug enforcement.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the intent and purpose
of Bill 562 and recommends that it ss first reading .
