Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Communication No.
1565 reports as follows:
A generous donation of equipment from the Pahoa Groups of AA has
been received by the Department of Parks & Recreation. The
equipment includes a ping pong table, two nets and eight paddles,
which is to be used at the Pahoa Neighborhood Facility.
Pursuant to Section 13-12, Hawaii County Charter, the Council, on
behalf of the County, may accept gifts of donation.
Your Committee on Finance recommends acceptance of the donation and
that a letter of appreciation be forwarded to:
