Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill 527, reports
as follows :
The purpose of Bill 527 is to further amend Section 8 of Ordinance
No . 482, as amended, by adding the following project for utilization
of the remaining proceeds from the 1980A bond sale : Paauilo Village
Pipeline - $27,326 .
Your committee is aware that in conjunction with this action,
Bill 528 is being submitted which proposes to amend Ordinance 87-59,
the Capital Improvement budget, by increasing the appropriations by
an additional $65, 000 of which $27, 326 are to be funded by the
remaining proceeds of the 1980A bond issue.
Your Committee on Finance is in aord with the intent and purpose
of Bill 527 and recommends t it pass first reading.
