No. 429-88 , reports as follows :
The purpose of Resolution No. 429-88 is to transfer and appropriate
600 as follows :

Your Committee on Finance is of the understanding that the
Department of Research & Development needs to replace a laminator
which is now about six years old.
Your committee further understands that a Miscellaneous Equipment
Account needs to be established in order to purchase the new
laminator . There are sufficient funds in the Materials & Supplies
Account to be transferred to the new account .
Pursuant to Section 10-9 of the Hawaii County Charter, the Council,
by resolution, may transfer part or all of any unencumbered
appropriation balance from one agency to another .
Your Committee on Finance is in d with the intent and purpose
of Resolution No. 429-88 and recommends its adoption.
