The purpose of Communication No. 1490 from Corporation Counsel is to
request an executive session to discuss the settlement offer for
Civil No. 85-762, Anderson V. Moreira.
In executive session, your committee was apprised by the Corporation
Counsel on the details of the case.
Your Committee on Finance recommends approval of the recommendation
of the Corporation Counsel to settle Civil No. 85-762, Anderson V.
