Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill 478, reports
as follows:
Bill 478 proposes to amend Ordinance 87-58, the Operating Budget for '
Fiscal Year 1987-88, by increasing revenues in General Fund Account
No. 3304. 23, State Grants, Witness Security & Protection Program, by
$14,850, and appropriating same to the following General Fund
account:

Your Committee on Finance is aware that this is a State grant for
the Witness Security and Protection Program.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the intent and purpose
