Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill 476, reports
as follows:
Bill 476 proposes to amend Ordinance 87-58, the Operating Budget for
Fiscal Year 1987-88, by increasing revenues in General Fund Account
No. 3607 .00 , Contribution From Private Source, by $2, 000, and
appropriating same to the following General Fund account:

Miscellaneous Contractual Services
Your Committee on Finance is aware that the Department of Parks and
Recreation has received a cash donation of $2, 000 from Friends of
the Panaewa Zoo with the understanding that the contribution is to
be used to cover a service contract with Dr . Leadbeater , DVM. .
Your committee is further aware Friends of the Panaewa Zoo have
contributed other structures and services as follows :
Parrot Enclosure $9, 728
Portable Enclosure 2, 379
Tiger Safety Enclosure 932 .
Machine Repair 347
15 Umbrellas 105
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the intent and purpose
of Bill 476 and recommends that it pai00011rst reading.
