Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill 465 , reports
as follows:
Bill 465 proposes to amend Ordinance 87-58, the Operating Budget for
Fiscal Year 1987-88, by increasing revenues in General Fund Account ,
No . 3501.05 , Forfeiture, by $365 .d "appropriating same to the
following account:

Miscellaneous Contract Services
Your Committee on Finance is aware that this amount was forfeited to
the Hawaii County Police Department by order of the Third Circuit
Court of the State of Hawaii .
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the intent and purpose
of Bill 465 and recommends that it pass first reading.
