Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Communication
4° . 1333 , reports as follows:
The purpose of Communication No . 1333 is to recommend the
appointments of Mr . James R. Beimborn, a democrat from Kona, and
Ms . Leinaala B. Enos, a democrat from Kau, to the Liquor Commission.
Mr . Beimborn, a partner in B/K Associates architectural firm, will
serve until December 31, 1992, filling a vacancy which will be
created when the term of Mr . Earl Tanimoto expires on December 31 ,
1987 .
Ms . Enos, an industrial relations supervisor for Kau Agribusiness,
will serve until December 31 , 1992, filling a vacancy which will be
created when the term of Ms . Barbara Ann Koi expires on December 31,
1987 .
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 7-3 . 2 of the Hawaii County
Charter , the Mayor appoints members to the Liquor Commission with
the approval of the Council in the manner prescribed in Section 13-4
of the Hawaii County Charter .
Your Committee on Finance recommends approval of the appointments of
Mr . James R. Beimborn and Ms . Leinaala B. Enos to the Liquor •
Commission .
