jour Committee on Finance, to which was referred Communication
o . 1332, reports as follows:
The purpose of Communication No. 1332 is to recommend the
appointment of Mr . William M. Yoeman, an independent from Puna , to
the Fire Board of Appeals .
Mr . Yoeman, a retired fire captain, will serve until December 31,
1992, filling a vacancy which will be created when the term of
Mr . Gerald Ramaker expires on December 31, 1987 .
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 26-3 of the Hawaii County
Code, the Mayor appoints members to the Fire Board of Appeals with
the approval of the Council in the manner prescribed in Section 13-4
of the Hawaii County Charter .
Your Committee on Finance recommends approval of the appointment of
Mr . William M. Yoeman to the Fire B4iApof Appeals .
