CENTER-MISCELLANEOUS EQUIPMENT
Your Committee on Finance is aware that the Office of Aging seeks to
transfer $2,150 in Federal funds to the Elderly Activities Division
which will be used to purchase equipment .
Pursuant to Section 10-9 of the Hawaii County Charter , the Council ,
by resolution, may transfer part or all of any unencumbered
appropriation balance from one agency to another .
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the intent and purpose
of Resolution No. 373-87 and recomme s its adoption .
