No . 368-87 , reports as follows:
The purpose of Resolution No . 368-87 is to transfer and appropriate
$4 ,600 as follows:

Your Committee on Finance is aware of the fact that the County
Prosecuting Attorney 's Office has been granted approval by the State
Attorney General to amend the budget for the Aid to Victims/Witness
Program. The regular salary and wages account for aid to victims
will be reduced by $4 ,600 in order to purchase two computer .
terminals . These computers will be used by the victim/witness
counselors in Kona and Hilo .
Pursuant to Section 10-9 of the Hawaii County Charter , the Council ,
by resolution , may transfer part or all of any unencumbered
appropriation balance from one agency to another .
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the intent and purpose
of Resolution No . 368-87 and recommends i .s adoption .
