Your Committee on Finance , to which was referred Bill 420 , reports
as follows:
Bill 420 proposes to amend Ordinance 87-58 , the Operating Budget for
Fiscal Year 1987-88 , by increasing revenues in the General Fund
Account No . 3607 .02 , CSE Contributions , by $20 ,000 , and
appropriating same to the following:

Your committee has been informed that Coordinated Services reports
that revenue from private contributions are higher than projected .
They have requested that their appropriation for private donations
be increased from $15 ,000 to $35 ,000 . Expenditures are not to.
exceed the actual private donations received .
The above appropriation is in accordance with Article X,
Section 10-8 of the Hawaii County Charter .
Your Committee on Finance is in ;reft with the intent and purpose
of Bill 420 and recomme ds that pass first reading .
