Your Committee on Finance , to which was referred Bill 405 , reports
as follows:
Bill 405 proposes to amend Ordinance 87-59 , the Capital Budget for
the Fiscal Year 1987-88 , by increasing the appropriation for the
following project:
DEPARTMENT OF PARKS & RECREATION
Old Kona Airport Soccer Field Fencing $1 ,871
(110-599-5596 .97-115 )
Part of the funds for the project will be provided from a private
donation from the American Youth Soccer ORG Region . The sum of
$f,871 will be used to supplement the 00 ,000 previously
appropriated by the County Council .
The contract to be awarded is for $21 ,871 .
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the intent and purpose
of Bill 405 and recommends that it pass first reading .
