Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill 404 , reports
as follows:
Bill 404 proposes to amend Ordinance 87-58 , the Operating Budget for
Fiscal Year 1987-88 , by increasing revenues in General Fund Account ,
No . 3304 .17 , State Grants Support Division Expenses , by $29 ,200 , and
appropriating same to Account Nos . :
010-131-5131.41-101 SUPPORT ENF-OCE-POSTAGE & FREIGHT $ 3 ,000
010-131-5131 .41-227 COMPUTER & OFF SUPPLIES 1 ,700
010-131-5131 .41-338 RENT 6 ,500
010-131-5131 .45-480 EQUIP-MISC EQUIP 18 ,000
$29 ,200
Your committee has been informed that the Corporation Counsel ' s
Family Support Division has received a commitment from the State ' s
Child Support Enforcement Agency for reimbursement of $29 ,200 in
various cost items . This reimbursement will be granted with a
proviso that all of the above must be paid in full and included in
the September 30 , 1987 billing .
It was noted that Account No . 010-131-5131 .45-480 ,
Equip-Miscellaneous Equipment, for $18 ,000 was in error . '
Accordingly, the bill has been amended to reflect Account No .
010-131-5131 .45-450, Equip-Office Equip.

Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the intent and purpose
of Bill 404 , Draft 2 , and recommends it pass first reading. '
