Your Committee on Finance , to which was referred Bill 400 , reports
as follows:
Bill 400 proposes to amend Ordinance 87-58 , the Operating Budget for
Fiscal Year 1987-88 , by increasing revenues in the General Fund
Account No. 3304 .87 , State Grants , State Motor Vehicle Weight Tax,
by $600 , and appropriating same to Account No . 010-121-5124 .06-450 ,
Treasury Division - Office Equipment .

The money is to be u toErgonometric steno chairs to
e
replace two steno chairs which were purchased with State funds in
1978 . The chairs to be replaced are used by Treasury Clerks working
on vehicle registration .
The above appropriation is in accordance with Section 10-8 of the
County Charter .
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the intent and purpose
of Bill 400 and recommends that it pass ' rst reading .
