SUBJECT: Contingency Relief Funds (Council District 4)
Contingency Relief funds from Council District 4 will be appropriated to the Department of
Liquor Control to provide a grant to the Big Island Resource Conservation and Development
Council to support the 5th Annual Hawai`i Island All Nations Powwow on September 16-17,
2017.
Attached please find a resolution authorizing the transfer of$1,650 from the Clerk-Council
Services-Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
