SUBJECT: Transmitting Resolution 250-17, Draft 2; A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING
THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE TO ENTER INTO A RIGHT-OF-ENTRY
AGREEMENT WITH CYANOTECH CORPORATION TO ALLOW
ACCESS TO THE KEALAKEHE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT
FOR THE HABITAT CONSERVATION OF HAWAIIAN STILTS AND
HAWAIIAN COOTS.
Attached please find Resolution No. 250-17, Draft 2. Resolution 250-17, was amendedby the
contents of Communication No. 382.2, as duly approved by the Council during its September 7,
2017 meeting.
The Council suspended Rule No. 24.1(e)relating to the holdover of amended legislation to allow
for the adoption of this resolution after said amendment.
