SUBJECT: Proposed Amendments to Bill No. 66, Relating to An Ordinance To Amend
Ordinance No. 17-39, As Amended, The Operating Budget For The County of
Hawai`i For The Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2018.
Please see below proposed amendments to Bill No. 66. The proposed amendments are illustrated
in Ramseyer format with respect to the contents of Bill No. 66 (material to be deleted is
bracketed and stricken, material to be added is underscored).
1. Section 1 of Bill No. 66 is amended to read as follows:
"Section 1. Ordinance No. 17-39, as amended, is hereby further amended by increasing revenues ''
in the following amounts)to the fund(s) as set forth in Section 2.

020.3609.11 Transfer from General Fund Highway [$ 000] $4,000
Total [$2,000] $4,000"
2. Section 2 of Bill No. 66 is amended to read as follows:
"Section 2. The foregoing amount(s) as specified in Section 1 hereof is/are hereby appropriated
to the following fund(s) and expenditure account(s) as set forth herein below:

020.301.5301.02 Highway Maintenance Admin OCE Highway [$20001$4,000
(annual rental of portable toilet)

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 17-39, as amended, is hereby further amended by increasing
